Scope and Contents Typed letter from N.D. Pendleton to Rev. Fred E. Gyllenhaal in London, England. Pendleton has received Gyllenhaal’s letters of Oct. 28th and Jan. 13th. Pendleton would like Gyllenhaal and Mr. Tilson to work together towards “spiritual unity and mutual confidence.” Pendleton foresees that the two neighboring New Church societies, Peckham Rye and Burton Road, will eventually join together, and he hopes that this might take place before Peckham Rye sets up external establishments of its own....
